Funeral service 3:00PM Saturday at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Campbell of Central Point Baptist Church officiating, burial will follow at VanDyke Grove Cemetery. Visitation 12:00PM Saturday until service time. He was born in Sophia, West Virginia to the late Steven and Mary Furrow Meadows. He married Carolyn J. Stapleton Meadows March 10, 1960, she is preceded. Survived by sons: Matt (Michelle) Meadows, Paris, Stephen (Jada) Meadows, KY; sisters: Shirley Boyce, August, West Virginia, Grace McCoy, August, West Virginia, Stephana Robbins, Murfreesboro, Geraldine Berg, Petersburg, West Virginia, Claudette Tribble, PawPaw, West Virginia; brother: Donald Meadows, Peru, IN; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Preceded by two brothers: Rodney Meadows and Ronald Meadows. Mr. Meadows was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. Thomas retired from N & W Railroad, was an avid hunter, outdoorsman, loved gardening and antique cars.
