U.S. Army Spc. Justin R. Blackwell, age 27, of Paris, TN, died during active duty in Baghdad, Iraq, Sunday, August 5, 2007. A full military funeral will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at East Wood Church of Christ(located at 800 East Wood Street), Paris, TN. Burial with military rites will follow in Rose Lawn Memory Garden in Paris. Visitation will be held from 2:00 - 8:00 P.M. on Monday and after 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at East Wood Church of Christ. His parents, Steven and Hazel Blackwell, Sr., and three brothers, Steve (Jennifer) Blackwell, Jr., Vernon and Nathan Blackwell, all survive in Paris.
