Survived by a step-daughter: Donna (Bobby) Meeks, McMinnville, TN; sons: Brian Elkins and Joe Elkins, both of Paris, TN; step-son: Randy Craven, McMinnville, TN; brother: Danny (Jena) Elkins, McMinnville, TN; grandchildren: Jennifer Vernon and Tiffany Vernon; In-Laws: Wilson and Emma St. John, McMinnville, TN. Preceded by a sister: Rita Tate and a brother: Dale Elkins. "Lanny" was a devoted husband and father. He was an animal lover and a big sports fan, especially basketball and fishing. He formerly worked at Replogle Lumber Company of Henry, TN.
