Velma Louise Mathis passed away July 1, 2006 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital ER in Huntingdon, TN. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 3 at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be Sunday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and after 9 a.m. Monday. Burial will follow in the Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery. She is survived locally by a daughter, Malinda Osborne of Paris.
