Mr. Vester Brown, age 84 of Paris, Tennessee passed away Sunday, December 24, 2023, at his residence. His body is to be cremated and a "Celebration of Life" will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, January 19, 2024, at the 7th Day Adventist Church, 2335 Hwy 641 North, in Paris, Tennessee with a luncheon to follow the service. Vester Brown was born in Harland, Kentucky to the late Everett Brown and the late Bonnie Clark Brown. He married Blanche Brown, on August 5, 1980, and she survives in Paris. He is also survived by his daughters, Denise (Andrew J.) O'Neil of Allen Park, Michigan, Deborah (Bill) Johnson of Toledo, Ohio, Dawn (Chris) Lukitsh of Wyandotte, Michigan, and Darlene West (Tim Slimp) of North Port, Florida; also by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; five sisters; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Besides his parents, Vester is also preceded in death by one sister. Mr. Brown attended the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Paris. He also retired from General Motors after 30 years of service. Following his retirement, Vester drove a semi-truck part-time. He was an avid motorcyclist and fisherman who enjoyed his Harley and garage sales.
