Graveside service 2:00 PM Sunday at Memorial Cemetery with her family members officiating. She was born in Paris, TN to the late John Thomas and Cecil Radford Atkins. December 29, 1951 she married William Leslie Sinclair, he preceded May 16, 1986. Virginia leaves behind, Pam (Rick) Yewell, Muz, Denise and Saba Alkahyab, Courtney Schultz, Andrew and Aespen Houston, Briley Reaves, Randy, Brayden, Caegan and Corbin Yewell all of Memphis, TN. Mrs. Sinclair graduated from Grove High School and was retired from Paris Federal Savings and Loan. She was a member of St. Stevens United Methodist Church in Memphis and served as her Sunday School class President for several years.
