Mrs. Virginia Solmon died Saturday at Nashville at the age of 83. Her funeral service will be at 11:00AM Tuesday at McEvoy Chapel. The burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00PM Monday and continue until 8:00PM. She is the widow of Dale Solmon who passed away on November 17, 1987. She is survived by two daughters, Pam (Keith)Day and Melinda Solmon. She also has two sisters: Minnie Alice Craig and Peggy Scott. There are 8 surviving nieces. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church-Paris, the W.G. Rhea Library or to the Alzheimer's Association.
