Funeral service 1:00PM Saturday at the Sparks Street Church of Christ with Bro. Ed Howard, church minister, officiating, burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation 5:00 - 7:00PM Friday at McEvoy Funeral Home and after 12:00Noon Saturday until time of service at Sparks Street Church of Christ. She was born in Henry County to the late Samuel Tony and Luecinda Curtis Cowan. In 1956 she married Lathion Cody, he preceded July 17, 1998. Survived by sisters: Rosie (Rommie) Wynn, Paris, Willie Ruth Terry, Martin and a step-son: Lathion Miliken, Paris. She also is survived by a host of nieces, nephews and a dear friend: Angela Morris Clayton. Vivian was a longtime member of Sparks Street Church of Christ. She was a homemaker, enjoyed fishing and canning vegetables.
