Walter "Wally" Mann, age 60, of Paris, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at his residence. His body is to be cremated and a celebration of life will be planned for a later date. Walter Mann was born November 2, 1964 in Joliet, Illinois to Clifford Mann of Paris and the late Ellen Elizabeth West Mann. He is also survived by his sister, Kathy Billings of Paris; brother, Brian (Cristy) Mann of Lakeland, Tennessee; by his niece, Amy (Anthony) Jones of Erin, Tennessee; one great nephew, two great nieces, other family members and friends. Besides his mother, Wally is also preceded by his brother-in-law, Neal Billings. Wally was a Christian by faith. He was an artist who enjoyed drawing, painting, silk screening and many other forms of media. Wally was a generous and kind man who enjoyed fishing, dearly loved his family and especially his cat.
