Mr. William Lee "Billy" Allen, of Springville, formerly of Athens, TN, died Monday, October 8, 2007 at a friends residence, Kathleen Manning. His daughter, Antoinette Marie Griffin, survives in Athens, TN. There will be no visitation or service scheduled.
