Funeral services for Mr. William Justice Hawes, Sr., of Paris, TN will be conducted Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at Pemberton - Bradley Funeral Home, of Lynnville, IN, McEvoy Funeral Home will handle local arrangements. Burial will follow at Spurgeon Cemetery, in Spurgeon, IN with Military Honors. The visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until service time at 10:00 A.M.. Mr. Hawes is survived by a daughter; Rachel Gardner, son; William J.(Felicia) Hawes, Jr., Paris, TN, Michael Hawes, Huntingburg, IN, sisters; Shirley Hawes, OH, Betty Bruce, Yellow Banks, IN, Lora Hawes, Evansville, IN, Becky Hawes, Evansville, IN, brothers; Timothy Hawes, Lynnville, In, Bucky Hawes, Evansville, IN, Steve Hawes, Corydon, IN, Jerry Hawes, IN, grandchildren; Kurt Hawes, Nevaeh Hawes, and Victoria Hawes. Parents; Clyde and Martha Poole Hawes, and a brother; Daniel Hawes preceded him. William was an Army Veteran who served in the Vietnam War. He was also a welder and fabricator.
