Mr. Wyatt "Bud" Tomlinson, age 83, of Paris, Tennessee passed away on Friday, September 27, 2024 at his residence. His body is to be cremated and a celebration of life will be planned for a later date. Wyatt Randal Tomlinson III was born on May 27, 1941 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Wyatt Randal Tomlinson II and to the late Florene Huckabee Tomlinson. He married Mary Carolyn Ross Tomlinson on November 23, 1966 and she survives in Paris. Wyatt is also survived by daughters, Renee (Matt) Everett of Katy, Texas and Nikki Davis of Fayette, Alabama; by grandchildren, Blake, Joshua, and Chris Kennedy; Izzie, Fie, Lily, and M.J. Everett; great-grandchildren, Emma and Rosie Kennedy; sister, Nora Nicholson of Meridian, Mississippi; and brother-in-law, Billy (Patty) Ross of Paris. Mr. Tomlinson was a Christian by faith and a member of Thompson Creek Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, card games, and working crossword puzzles. He was also a sports enthusiast and a Marine Veteran who enjoyed reading, particularly about military history. He was a wonderful grandad "GB" who spent lots of time teaching his grandchildren how to hunt and fish. Wyatt was a dedicated husband and father who dearly loved his wife and family.
